How do I book a car?
Choose the city and your pick-up and return dates, look at the car, set the pick-up place and insurance, and pay the deposit online. Your voucher is issued right away.
What documents do I need?
The driver's national ID card and original driving licence, shown when you pick up the car.
What is the security deposit and when do I get it back?
An amount you give the rental company at pick-up. It is returned after the car comes back undamaged, minus any extra costs (fuel, extra mileage, damage).
What happens if I cancel my booking?
The cancellation rule is shown when you pay. If the rental company rejects or cancels the booking, you get the full amount back.
Can the car be delivered at the airport or a hotel?
Yes. Each company's pick-up places are shown on the car page and on the map, and the voucher has buttons to get directions with Google Maps, Waze, Neshan and Balad.
