RentBama respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect, why, and who we share it with.

What we collect

• Your mobile number, to sign you in and send booking updates.
• Name, national ID, date of birth and driving licence details, to prepare the rental contract; the law and the car's insurance require them.
• A photo of your driving licence or national ID card, only if you upload it yourself.
• The address or location for delivery, only when you choose delivery to an address.
• Payment information: payments are made through the Shaparak bank gateway. RentBama never sees or stores your card number or PIN; only the transaction reference number is recorded.

Who we share it with

• Only the rental company you booked the car from, and only what that booking needs (name, contact, driver documents, pick-up time and place).
• Judicial and law-enforcement authorities, when they request it under the law.
• Your information is never sold or given to advertising companies.

Storage and security

• The connection to the site is encrypted (HTTPS), and uploaded documents are kept in a non-public area of the server.
• Booking records are kept for as long as the law requires for legal and tax follow-up.

Your rights

• You can see and correct your account details under "My account".
• To delete your account or ask anything about your information, reach us through the "Contact us" page.

Cookies

• Used only to keep you signed in and to remember display settings (such as dark mode).
